El plazo de inscripción se abrirá desde el 22 de mayo al 30 de junio. La lista definitiva de equipos aceptados se publicará el 10 de Agosto.

Team fee: 150€. Fecha límite de pago el 31 de agosto. 

Player or guest fee: 80 €. Fecha límite de pago 15 de Septiembre. 

Si un equipo cancela su participación después del 1 de Septiembre y no hay un equipo en la lista de espera que lo reemplace, dicho equipo perderá el team fee. Por lo tanto les sugerimos que se aseguren de que participarán en el torneo y si cancelan que sea antes del 1 de Septiembre.

¿Qué incluye el Player fee? 

Debido a la situación actual, este año tenemos un nuevo programa:

-3 noches en apartamentos 

-3 días de Beach Ultimate 

-Premios para los tres primeros equipos y SOTG. 

-Regalo por jugador 

-Agua y fruta en los campos

-Y mucho amor... 

Nota: Debido a la situación epimediológica actual no se podrán dar cenas ni celebrar fiestas.

¿Cómo registrar a tu equipo?

Puedes registrar a tu equipo desde el 22 de mayo hasta el 30 de julio en Ultimate Central.

• Nombre del equipo 
• Nº de jugadores y jugadoras (si alguna persona se da de baja, por favor, háznoslo saber lo antes posible)

• Para guest, necesitaremos la misma información

En el caso de que sean jugadores individuales la organización se pondrá en contacto con los equipos para buscarles un espacio.

¿Cómo llegar a Puerto del Carmen? How to get Puerto del Carmen?

- En taxi desde el aeropuerto (10-15min. = 10-15€) Es la forma más cómoda y rápida de llegar. Al taxista hay que comentarle que vaya por la circunvalación y no por la avenida de las playas. Preguntar por Playa Grande, justo al lado del Hotel Fariones Playa.

- En bus desde el aeropuerto, cada media hora saliendo de la Terminal de llegadas hacia la derecha hay una parada de bus que va hasta Playa Honda tarda unos cinco min. y cuesta menos de 2€, quedarse en la 1º parada de Playa Honda. Caminar paralelamente a la autovía cruzar por debajo del puente y a la derecha está la parada de bus hacia Puerto del Carmen.

FORMATO Y REGLAS 

• Máximo de 16 equipos. 
• 4 pool de 4 equipos.
• Cada equipo tendrá: - Mínimo 8 jugadores 4/4 - Máximo 15 jugadores/personas(incluído los acompañantes). 
• Los partidos serán a 13 Puntos o 45 min. 
• Cap 1 sólo en cuartos y final. Punto. 
• Sin half time (solo la final, only the final will have half time when one team scored 7 points).
• 1 time out por partido y equipo en cualquier momento del mismo (cap incluido). 
• La final no tiene límite de tiempo (13 puntos) y un descanso de 5 min. cuando un equipo alcanza 7 puntos. Hay 2 tiempos muertos por equipo, incluido en el cap. 
• Cuando acaba el tiempo durante un punto se acabará el mismo; si hay diferencia de 2 puntos, se acaba el partido 
• 2 jugadores del equipo que pierde llevará el marcador del siguiente en ese campo. 
• Los partidos no serán continuos. Habrá más tiempo entre ellos. Al acabar el partido de juego los jugadores deberán salir del mismo para que los siguientes equipos que juegan en él puedan acceder para calentar. 
• Todos los equipos tienen que entregar las hojas de SOTG a la carpa central. Les daremos las hojas correspondientes para los tres días de torneo.

Info and Deadline

The registration period will open from May 22nd  to June 30th. Final list of accepted teams will be published on August 10th.

Team fee: 150€. Payment deadline is in August 31st.

If any team cancels after September 1st and there is not a team which could come for, that team loses their team fee. So if you have to cancel, make it before 1st of September.

How to register your team? 

You can register your team from  May 22nd to July 30th through Ultimate Central.

If one player or guest drops out last minute or you want to add or change something in your roster please let us know.

If you are a pick up player we can tell the teams which are looking for players.

How to get Puerto del Carmen?

- By taxi from the airport (10-15 minutes, 10-15€) It is the easy way, ask for Playa Grande, close to the Hotel Fariones Playa.

-  By Bus you can take it from the airport to Playa Honda, just one stop, in the other side walk 5 minutes down the bridge, every 20 minutes the bus goes to Puerto del Carmen. Look for Playa Grande.

RULES

• 16 teams maximum.
• 4 pools of 4 teams
• Each team will have minimum 8 players 4/4 and maximum 18 players/people (guest included).
• Games are to 13 points or 45 min
• Cap 1 only in the quarters and final.
• No half time (only the final will have half time when one team scored 7 points).
• 1 timeout per game and team in anytime, cap included.
• The final will be to 13 points and has a 5 minutes break when a team scores 7 goals. 2 time outs each team in the final, cap included.
• When time is over, you have to finish this point, if there are two goals difference in the score after this point, game is over.
• Two players from the loser team have to score next game in that field, please, remember it and bring the result to the main tent.
• The matches will not be continuous. There will be more time between them. At the end of the game, the players must leave it so that the following teams that play in it can access to warm up.
• All the teams have to bring back the spirit sheets to the main tent. We give you the sheets for three days.
