Teams: Capped at 16 teams. Post on our Facebook event page if you’re an individual looking for a team. Teams must have a minimum of 10 registered players and be prepared to play ABBA format.
Registration: Registration will close midnight Monday, August 23, 2020. All team and players fees need to be paid before this deadline. We need a minimum of six teams registered by Friday Aug 13 to make the event viable.
Cost: $65 player fee, plus a $50 team fee. The team fee must be paid as a deposit upon team registration to reserve your spot. Simply registering without paying the deposit will not reserve your spot. The team fee is additional to the per person cost and is fully refundable in the event that Halibut can't go ahead due to government restrictions. Food: To keep event costs low, food, snacks, gatorade powder etc. will not be provided. Significant breaks will be included to allow players to buy lunch from local shops.
