Registration for this event will open on Thursday, May 27th!
Welcome to Charlotte Ultimate's inaugural North Charlotte Summer League! We will have one mixed division, and the gender ratio will be determined based on how many women register. We will play 7v7, registration numbers permitting. In the event that we fill registration before June 4th, all players will get a jersey.

Format:
7-on-7 regulation field size.
Mixed League: 4 teams, 16 player rosters (Gender ratio will be determined by the number of women per team)
Registering
Registration begins May 27th and will continue until June 11th or when the league reaches capacity.
Cost:
$45 for all registrants. This will include a jersey.
Regular Season and Playoffs:
The regular season will last 6 weeks. Regular season record will determine seeding for semifinals in week 7, followed by finals in week 8.
Player requests:
Participants can choose to play on the same team as 1 other player, but only if the request is a new player, a family member, or a significant other. The request must be reciprocal. If there are any extenuating circumstances (pairings with new players, childcare, etc.) please mention these in the comments section during registration.
Age:
All players must be at least 18 years old or play with an accompanying adult on the same team.
*While we encourage players of all ages to play ultimate, this is an adult league. Anyone under age 18 wanting to play must seek approval from the league coordinator prior to registration.
Games
Time:
We will play a single 2-hour round each week. There will be a soft-cap at 1h40m, add 2 to the highest score at the end of the point. Hard cap will be at 1h55m, the game ends after that point or, if tied, a final point is played.
Points:
All games are played to 17 points or until the time cap begins.
Attire:
We hope to supply jerseys for this league. It will depend on how quickly we are able to fill up registration. In the event that we are able to get jerseys, players will (likely) receive a team jersey by the first or second week of league. Please plan to bring a white and a dark shirt to wear until jerseys arrive. Players are required to wear shoes or cleats while playing. Players are not allowed to play barefoot.
