Elite Camps, designed for intermediate to advanced* Bay Area Middle School Ultimate players, will help you excel on the field through specific skill development, while making new friends and playing with the pro’s.

*comfortable throwing forehand/backhand with a mark and the basic rules of Ultimate and Spirit of the Game

Skills We Focus On at Camp:

Handling- refine and focus your skills with the disc, you'll learn to own the reset space with precision timing, throws, and breaking the mark. We'll learn through play focusing on the components that make a successful handler- quick decision making, proper form and footwork, and field spacing and awareness.

Cutting - We'll show you how to effectively get open downfield through footwork, timing, and spacing. We'll work on developing our explosive cutting skills, reading the field and our defender to strike open and get the disc!

Defense- We'll teach you to win your match-up using body positioning, footwork, and timing through play and small-group stations.

Pro's X' & O's- Vert Stack, Ho Stack, Dump Sets, Set Plays, Zone D, Person D- the X's & O's and strategies and tactics of Ultimate never seem to end. We'll help you decipher them while learning the basic tenets of our favorite offensive and defensive systems, and some fun new set plays, through lot's of scrimmaging.
