Spirit of the Plains is back! Spirit of the Plains will be sanctioned and have all three divisions - Mixed, Open, and Womens. This year the tournament will be at Tuma Sports Complex in Marion, Iowa (Cedar Rapids). More information to come about scheduling as we get bids. Hope to see you there!

Rules & Regulations for Tuma Sports Complex: 

1. Teams can bring in food and drinks, but MUST clean up their own trash.

2. Please carpool if you can since there is another event happening at the complex that weekend.

3. Shade tents are okay, but camping tents are not allowed.

4. No alcohol, pets, smoking or RV's allowed.

5. Concession are open, so CIU will not be providing food.

Price: Open and Mixed $400. Womens $150 with $50 refund to those who make the tournament.

*Refund policy: Full refunds of bid fees will be provided until July 15th, 2021 for those who drop the tournament. Half refunds will be granted after that until July 30th. No refunds will be provided for drops after July 30th.
