Ultimate 4s means lots of disc contact and fun because it is 4 against 4 on smaller fields.

Flying Angels Bern is hosting Switzerland's first Ultimate 4s tournament for women*. We play on grass turf approximately 20 meters from the local swimming pool Marzili (free entry) and a Gelateria.
