After a long two-year hiatus, the annual Vietnam Hat Tournament is back! This is one of the major national Ultimate tournaments happening in Vietnam. The Ultimate Frisbee scene in Vietnam is still very low, with barely anyone knowing what Ultimate Frisbee is. The purpose of the tournament is to raise awareness among communities and people alike about this sport and also introduce others to the wonders of Vietnam. Currently, 170 players from more than 15 different countries such as the US, UK, Philipines, Thailand, Cambodia, Korea, and Switzerland have signed up. Teams will be picked and sorted based on skill level by the tournament organizers! If you plan to visit Vietnam in December and have a day or two to spare, consider signing up.
