(waitlist) Welcome to the 14th international Ultimate Tournament in Costa Rica in 2022. After thirteen very successful tournaments, and a gap year on the dreadful 2020, we are looking forward to another year hosting the Volcanic Tournament. Come and join us for five days and four nights of the best Ultimate fun in the tropical rain forest of Costa Rica. Memorial Day weekend from Thursday May 26 to Monday May 30, 2022. The tournament takes place on the well-groomed fields of the Tilajari Resort. The Tilajari Resort is located 30 minutes away from the impressive Arenal Volcano, one of the most active volcanoes in the world. After arriving at San Jose's international airport (SJO) YOU MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 6 PM on Thursday May 26. Arriving on Wednesday Players arriving on Wednesday are encourage to stay at Relax Hostel in San Jose, where we will start the pre-tournament party on Wednesday. Owned by a fellow Ultimate player (Famous Mikito). The Relax Hostel is the ideal place to hang out and explore downtown San Jose. Relax has space for 35 people. Once Relax is full, we encourage players to stay at Hotel Parque del Lago, right in fron to Relax or at Gaudy's Hostel, 5 blocks away from Relax. On Thursday May 26 we will depart from San Jose at 8 am. Included in the $510 tournament fee are: Four nights of hotel accommodations, airport transfers, tournament jersey, tournament disc, tournament party, breakfasts, and all transportation during the tournament (acoording with schedule). Fruits and water will be provided at the fields throughout the tournament. Lunches and dinner are not included. The average lunch costs about $15 at the tournament resort.
