Edinburgh Ladies Frisbee (ELF) is open to all female matching players. We train on Monday evenings in the Meadows during the outdoor season (end of March to end of September) with additional indoor sessions running during the winter.  Players of all levels are very welcome, sessions are inclusive and flexible. We run regular socials and compete in local tournaments.
