Ultimus Prime is the Ultimate Frisbee club of The Hague. At UP we practice twice per week basically all year through. Depending on the time of the year we practice at grass or indoor and if weather permits we play on the beach. Roughly speaking our time table looks like the following: Oct/Nov – Feb indoor; Mar – Jul grass and Aug/Sep grass or beach. We play open, ladies and mixed competition.
